The SR Motor group were fantastic during my purchase, I came down to take a look at a car I had seen online. I test drove the Golf R and I couldn’t believe the cleanliness of it and how well the vehicle had been valeted, I was over the moon! My husband found us a Nissan Juke online and it looked perfect for what we wanted, ticked all the boxes and the price was competitive for its age and low mileage. I am so so pleased with how my experience with SR Motor Group, it went above and beyond my expectations, I didn’t encounter any issues whatsoever! There was a little bit of haggling over the price of my part ex, however, we came to a reasonable agreement, so I am happy! I was dealing with Grace throughout the sale, and she was a superstar, she was so helpful and friendly, I can’t fault her one bit. Although SR Motor Group is a bit of a trek from me, I would be more than happy to make the journey again, as I am so so pleased with my Clubman!
Fantastic service, the staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I felt welcome at the dealership and when I approached the guys about the small issue on the day of looking at the car they were keen to get it sorted ready for when I was coming back to collect the car!!
